Obama's Big Speech On ISIS Tonight

There's no need to watch Obama give his talk tonight. Read what I have written down. It's what's going to be said: 1) We need help from others and can't go it alone, 2) no boots on the ground, 3) defeating ISIS(ISIL according to him) will take years---long after I'm gone, 4) none of this was my fault.
