Castro's Daughter Wants Obama To Win
Mariela Castro, niece of Fidel Castro and daughter of President Raul Castro, told CNN she wants President Obama to be re-elected in an interview set to air Monday.
“As a citizen of the world, I would like him to win,” Castro told Christiane Amanpour. “Seeing the candidates, I prefer Obama.”
The visit by Castro, a prominent gay rights activist, has become a political headache for Obama after it became public that the State Department had granted her and two government officials visas to visit the U.S.
