It Wasn't An Anti-Conservative Cartoon After All

I feel so dumb. I posted this cartoon a week ago as a slam on Paul Ryan. It went something like, "Paul Ryan said what"? Then this one popped up so the way I figure it is someone at the DNC was spoofing us.
