Who Do We Owe

I jumped the gun on the national debt two weeks ago but I was relying on Neil Cavuto's numbers at Fox. Appropriately enough,  today, at the start of the DNC, we did hit 16 trillion in debt. I've always wanted to have a debt clock on my blog so I do now but only if you click on the link.
