Congressman Tim Ryan of Ohio is a Democrat who is challenging pro-abortion Democrat leader Nancy Pelosi to lead his party in the next session of Congress. Perhaps because of his need to show potential leadership he went too far in an interview over the weekend concerning Democrats and their opposition to defunding the nation’s biggest abortion company.
Ryan threatened violence in the streets if Planned Parenthood is defunded.
“If he tries to defund planned Parenthood or kick people off their health insurance or privatize Medicare or cut taxes for the wealthy, you know, we’ll have a Youngstown street fight in the capital. That’s what will happen,” he said.
