Donald Trump was impeached the first time because he was, according to Democrats, interfering with Ukraine politics.
Trump wanted to know if what Joe did with our foreign policy as vice-President was illegal.
Joe was attending a conference and bloviating about how he had gotten a key Ukranian prosecutor fired for trying to bring charges against Burisma. Quoting Joe as he was talking about the Ukraine president: “I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor’s not fired, you’re not getting the billion dollars. Well, son of a bitch, he got fired.”
