Department Of Energy

The Department of Energy was established in 1979 by Jimmuh Carter, our now second worst president in the last one hundred ten years. The main reason for it's inception was to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. Another government program just reeking with success, I'd say(jesting). How many billions have of large have been wasted on this boondoggle we'll never know.
