You can blame Rachel 'Butch' Maddow for creating a controversy with this super charged picture painted by Jon McNaughton. It's been around for a few years but Maddow, in need of publicity, has brought the subject up again---most likely to make our Communist in Chief appear sympathetic to his sycophants. You can easily see a Depression era citizen woefully depressed.
It's intention, according to The Left is obvious: divide the nation by showing Obama trampling the Constitution. What's the problem with this? He's been doing it since he took office.
