Have you ever watched 'The Five' on Fox News at, when else, 5 P.M. eastern time? It's a peppy round table show jumping from subject to subject. The conservatives have a rotating group which includes three gorgeous ladies. Does Fox have any other kind? You can see Dana Perino, Andrea Tantaros and Kimberley Guilfoyle. The men are Eric Bolling and the always hilarious and clever, Greg Gutfield. Mr. Gutfield also hosts the Fox Show, Red Eye. Its time slot is 3 A.M. and ranks higher in viewership than anything on MSNBC. Shoot! My blog ranks higher than anything on MSNBC.
There is a token liberal on The Five. Bob Beckel is the most regular followed by Juan Williams who was fired from MSNBC for saying he sometimes gets nervous when he gets on an airplane with people of Arabic heritage. Well, today, there was a lib babe on who is so irrelevant I didn't catch her name. It might have been Tamara or Kim. It doesn't matter. If she's representative of the Obama Movement we've already won the election.
The first segment of the show dealt with 'in the tank' polling numbers for Obama on the economy, favorability with the public and gas prices. When it was time for 'Lib Lady' to speak she started with: "the Republicans shouldn't get a chubby on when reading these numbers". I about fell off the couch from laughter. Did she just say, "chubby" in front of five million people? Maybe she doesn't know. Hardly! So, being the devious person I am and one who is always looking for a slap down on Liberals I wondered out loud, "What if Rush Limbaugh had referred to Liberals as getting 'chubbies'. Hillary is a man. Could he ask if Hillary got a chubby when hearing about Janet Napolitano?
I sent an email to Fox in the hope that Tamara what's-her-name would have to apologize. Fat chance on that. Being a Liberal there's a double standard and she most likely doesn't think the word was out of order.
