Sports: It's The Most Important Thing In The World---Especially If You Have $50K

If it was announced with 100% certainty Jesus Christ would appear night on television very few would bother flip to His channel to see our Savior.

War, pestilence, disease, mass murder, cures for any and all diseases would be in the rear view mirror if only we watched His spokesman told us earlier. Guess what? Only old ladies and the infirm would tune in.

Ladies and gentleman, the greatest event in the history of mankind WILL take place on your TV sets.
It will set records for viewing which means commercial cash will place the Super Bowl in second place(until next years Super Bowl)

Of course, I'm writing about the NBA Championship game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the San Francisco Warriors.

How excited am I? Not very. As a sports fan I take great pride in saying I have not watched an NBA game since Michael Jordan retired.

To illustrate my statement I snagged an article from the renowned site, Yahoo, and they should know because it's written from the standpoint of an eight year old.

"Oakland (United States) (AFP) - Tickets for Sunday’s decisive seventh-game NBA Finals championship showdown between the Cleveland Cavaliers and defending champion Golden State are going for a king’s ransom on the resale market.
StubHub spokesman Cameron Papp says the ticket resale firm sold the most expensive non-suite seats in its 16-year history to the Father’s Day matchup at Oakland’s Oracle Arena, with each ticket going for $49,500".
