It's final. Thanks to Rand Paul and John McCain ObamaCare is here to stay. It doesn't surprise me. I ask you, when what the last time a welfare entitlement was put in place via the federal government then repealed.
I've been around for decades and can't come up with an example. The pols don't want to be the ones to repeal since they'd be viewed as heartless.
