Try this one on for size. Since the George Floyd debacle and the 'Defund the Police' Movement murders in the Twin Cities have risen by tah dah-----------90%.
I was on a walk today and was immediately hit by a horrible thought. It's not a fact and it certainly isn't a fun fact but we oldsters, middlesters and youngsters had some parents who could be less than likeable. In other words, they did some horrible things to us and others. Now, I'm not saying this scenario will take place but I'm willing to wager a months social security check that some parent will tell their children Santa has COVID and won't make it this year or that he's dead.
So, if you're a parent of grandparent reading this piece wise up those who are dealing with kids so they have better than wonderful memories.
