LOUISIANA (CBSDFW.COM/AP) – State lawmakers in Louisiana passed a bill making it illegal for a human to have sex with an animal, according to KATC- TV. The bill now heads to the House, but 10 state senators voted against it.
This is foreign ground to me. I sort of thought bestiality would be illegal in every state. Now, I'm not completely stupid. I can see Cooter in some backwoods are of Louisiana, a belly full of hootch, doing the nasty with is Coon dog(oops!) hunting dog but really--------------------.
