How To Combat School Shooters

The Millcreek School District in Erie County, Pennsylvania says its 500 teachers will be armed with 16-inch bats. The superintendent says the bats were given to each teacher after an in-service training day on how to respond to school shootings.

This is true. It didn't come from the Onion. I don't know about you but a 16" wooden baseball bat would not be a deterrent from a bullet. But, if you think liberal and it makes you feel good then go for it knowing full well in ten minutes your body will be at room temperature.

I have a very large sign in my front yard. It reads, 'Home Security home protected by blah-blah-blah. It's a fake sign. The school, if they were really serious would place signs on the grounds reading, 'This school is NOT a gun free zone.
