Not many have heard the name of Breonna Taylor; only those who follow the news. Ms. Taylor was a young black woman from Louisville who was shot and killed by the police. End of story, right? Wrong!
Ms. Taylor was with her boyfriend, Jamarcus Glover, at the time. There was a warrant out for his arrest; drugs. When confronted by the cops her beau pulled a gun and fired at the officers. The police fired at him and an errant shot hit and killed Taylor. In Kentucky there is what is called a 'no knock' law. I'm sure you can understand this. Criminals hate it and if you were a crook you would too. Heck, shouldn't they have a head start on being arrested of at least have the chance to run to their bedroom and grab a sawed off shotgun.
Last night after the RNC convention Sen. Rand Paul was accosted by over 100 thugs demanding his head. Luckily, the D.C. police jumped into action and saved him. Want to know how stupid these people are? Sen. Paul recently sponsored a Justice for Breonna bill in the Senate.
