It'd be nice if I could get my hands on a copy of the transcript of former Attorney General, Michael Mukasey, and his conversation with Paul Gigot on Fox News', The Journal Editorial Report, for January 9, 2010. The main focus of the show was the upcoming trial of KSM in NYC along with its long range ramifications. Mukasey reiterated what all sane people know: a cost of over $2 million per year, a platform for scum and potential security concerns to New York and the entire country. One comment from Mukasey, though, struck a nerve and he put it in the form of a question.
