Univ. Of Iowa In 2011: Reject James Holmes Admission At Any Cost

Despite excellent tests results and a key recommendation, there was something about Colorado movie theater gunman James Holmes that led the University of Iowa to keep him out at all costs.
The university firmly rejected Holmes' admission into a neuroscience graduate program last year, with a top faculty member writing, 'do NOT offer admission under any circumstances,' newly-revealed documents said.
That decision, which was made in early 2011 after Holmes had visited the campus, stands in stark contrast to decisions by the University of Illinois and the University of Colorado to offer Holmes large scholarships at similar programs at those schools. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2196093/James-Holmes-Dark-Knight-gunman-rejected-University-Iowa-costs.html
