USA Today Displays Its Cowardice

Looking for something salacious to attack Villanova guard Donte DiVincenzo on the day of his team’s big win, USA Today found a seven-year-old “offensive” tweet that the player posted when he was a 14-year-old kid.
USA Today sports writer Josh Peter slammed DiVincenzo for the 2011 tweet in which the future player used a snippet of a rapper’s lyrics that contained the “N-word.” Peters wagged his finger at DiVincenzo exclaiming that “the Internet never forgets” and scolding the player for saying “something awkward or offensive.”
Breitbart
I'm truly of the belief that sportswriters are more hateful than your average reader of the news given to them by a writer off screen. I've always thought it was because of jealousy. Very few of them have ever worn a jock strap in competition.
