California Gov. Gavin Newsom's hypocrisy could not be more obvious.
The pro-abortion Democrat governor has been working to erode human rights through his abortion advocacy and support of assisted suicide for years.
Yet, last week, he announced that one of his top priorities for the 2020-2021 budget will be to protect pets from euthanasia and promote animal adoptions.
The Sacramento Bee reports Newsom’s budget plan includes $50 million in taxpayer funds for animal shelters.
“We want to be a no-kill state,” Newsom said, referring to animal euthanasia.
