Smithsonian Sends Representatives to OWS To Collect Memorabilia Citing 'Spirit Of America'

The National Museum of American History sent representatives out to collect materials from the Occupy Wall Street protests and “its various offshoots” to “document the spirit of American democracy and the American political process,” according to a statement released by the museum which is part of the federally funded Smithsonian Institution.

It's your money, folks. Rather than show the photos of what should have been collected suffice it to say the items would include: human feces, various syringes, a used condom, maggots in different stages of life, a bong, one shredded and one burned American flag, anti-Zionist signs with swastikas, and a copy of Mao's Little Red Book.
