So much for impartiality. Supreme Court Justice, Elana Kagan, an Obama appointee emailed Laurence Tribe, Harvard law professor and member of the Obama Justice Dept., her thrilled response following the passage of Obamacare. On the other hand, the wife of Clarence Thomas worked against the passage. Mrs. Thomas kept her mouth shut. Kagan blabbed like she'd just discovered the Rosetta Stone.
The consensus is neither Thomas or Kagan will be recused from hearing the case.
The Supreme Court is like everything else. It's all politics. There is no interpretation of the Constitution. It's called payback. It's called B.S.
