In listening to talk radio today with Mark Belling subbing for Rush a caller from Fresno asked the question, "can Ryan actually do anything to change the course of Romney policy"? It's a good question and Belling's answer was, "he can do whatever Romney gives him the authority to do". I think we can take this further. In the event that Obama dies can you imagine the impact of Joe Biden on the office of the presidency. What foreign leader would he piss off with his off the cuff remarks. Is he smart? Even though Dan Qualyle was accused of being stupid because he supposedly couldn't spell 'potato'(he did get it correct since there are two accepted spellings AND it was the classroom teacher who wrote the word down)think of the plethora of 'Bidenisms' we've been subjected to without repercussion. If Joe Biden is ever the president I'm heading for the fallout shelter.
