Remember This: Obama Stole $700 Billion From Medicare To Fund His Health Plan

Priebus was responding to an Obama campaign ad, which hammered Ryan's budget plan for being tough on older voters and students. Many Democrats see the changes to Medicare as a key attack point on Ryan, the Wisconsin Republican just tapped by Mitt Romney to be his vice presidential running mate.
