I found this more than funny. Last week we had the same situation across the street from our condo. There were seven of these 'workers' who chit-chatted for an hour before going to 'work'. On Memorial Drive there might be one car every five minutes passing these 'workers' but one of the held a sign reading stop and slow on the other side. The same with another 'worker stationed 100 yards away from him. Wonder how much these guys get paid. Wonder where the other five 'workers' were.
