Sen. Ben Sasse(R-Nebraska) sponsored a bill, The Born Alive Infant Protection Act. Senate Democrats defeated the bill. It said that any babies born after a botched abortion would be allowed to die. Senators Chuck Schumer and Heidi Heitkamp, both Democrats, were seen high fiving each other after the bill failed. In the history of abortions there are 239 cited cases where the children lived. It is unknown how many thousands were left to die, be executed, slaughtered.
