A very unlucky woman was out walking her dog this morning in Beaufort, South Carolina when an alligator got her and drug her into a pond. This should happen more often. One of my pals used to live in Callawasie Island, South Carolina and he always warned me, "When golfing and walking do not go near the water". I once saw a gator jump ten feet out of the water and snag a large bird perched on a branch.
Here's what struck me odd about the story. The police recovered her body, or what was left of it. But, they needed to do autopsy to determine the cause of death. Why was the time. My educated guess suggests it might be its teeth. Case closed.
