Beer Talk

Amy Klobuchar and Bernie the Bern held rallies yesterday and had, for them, massive crowds. Sanders saw 6,000 attendees while Any had a bunch, too.

There's a catch. Both rallies provided gimmickry. Bernie had live music and free booze. Amy held her rally in a bar for the Super Bowl and she ponied up 6K for beer.

My question is if one of the attendees got drunk then got in a car and killed someone or they died would she be held responsible according to the Dram Act? Good question, huh?
