A Human Interest Story

Everyone likes a human interest story with a happy ending. I found one out of Osseo, Minnesota about a high school football coach who, in his forty years, won seventeen conference championships. It's interesting to me that this man, John Hansen, spent his entire career at the school. Heck, in my twenty years of teaching and coaching I dragged my family to six high schools and I was ten years in one of them. For me, the best part of the story is this. Mr. Hansen, during his entire career, was the high school music and vocal instructor. Yep! I'd never heard of this combo before and that's the story to be remembered.
