Arkansas Football Coach Admits To An Affair

Not a Gregory Peck look a like

Hired for her secretarial skills

Bobby Petrino, head football coach at the University of Arkansas is in sort of a jam. He was in a motorcycle accident last week. The fifty something coach had a passenger with him. "She' turned out to be someone other than his wife. So, Bobby did what most guys would try and do, lie his way out of it. It didn't work. Now he's admitted an affair with the twenty-five year old he just hired as some type of football liason. Bobby will need to do some serious 'splainin to Mrs. Petrino and their four kids. His game plan had better top the ones he uses against the Alabama Crimson Tide. The news reports this morning state that Petrino has been put on administrative leave. I wonder if this was for the affair, the cover-up or shenanigans with the hiring of the young strumpet? It doesn't matter. A popular saying among guys is, "his ass is grass"; whatever that means. Too bad Bobby isn't a Hollywood star. The normal response for this kind of activity would be, "what took him so long"? Now he can move on to his next conquest; no consequences demanded. Heck, he'd even make the cover of People magazine.

As long as we're on the subject I'd like to pose a serious question. Has there ever been in the history of mankind a documented case when a guy had an affair and got away with it? Hmmm. Now that I think of it I might have answered my own question. Charles A. Lindbergh not only had an affair he had three German mistresses and seven children. I'm sorry I brought it up.
