It's 4:50 p.m. on Monday September 12 and it has just been announced that the Ol' Horn Dog, Bill Clinton, will be taking his wife's place on the travel circuit next week.
It is my plea and you have my prayers when I say, "protect the female members of your family". Lock them up if necessary. Bubba's on the prowl.
