Congressman Lost Election: Sues

Steve Dreihous served one term in the US House of Representatives but lost his seat in the last election. He is now suing citing loss of livelihood due to the Susan B. Anthony Group. They are pro-life and supported his opponent. Surprisingly, a federal judge has allowed the suit to go forward. Wait, the federal judge is an Obama appointee and previously served as the chairman of Planned Parenthood.
