In scanning Buzz Feed on my iPhone I came across Cleveland.com. It piqued my interest because when I want to feel better about myself and life I'll read anything Cleveland. In my sales working days I spent a great of time in the 'mistake by the lake'. Every time I think about my visits there it seems as though it was always in winter.
Anyway, Cleveland.com ran an article stating 66% of adults in the City are functionally illiterate. That might be more than in Kentucky.
