Everyone knows the road to legal marijuana for all in every state is right around the corner. A couple of states on the East Coast have, to say the least, created a problem for themselves. In Massachusetts mary jane is legal yet the legislature(can you guess what political party controls) is on the road to banning menthol cigarettes. New York is about to follow suit.
I see this as a cultural discriminatory problem. Everyone knows menthol ciggies, Kools especially, are the choice of Blacks. Kools happened(might still be) to be the favorite of Obama. Hey, I think I found another plank in the Democrat platform for a candidate to espouse.
