Farewell To The Man Who Invented The NERF Ball

Long time kicker for the Minnesota Vikings and 1969 All-Pro, Fred Cox died Wednesday at his home in Minnesota. While Cox is remembered as one of the “50 Greatest Vikings,” he is also remembered as the inventor of the NERF football.
