'Joe Biden has pledged to pick a VP who is a woman. He's also announced that *CHRIS DODD* is on his VP vetting committee'.
If you'll recall, Dodd, the former senator from Connecticut was once involved with the infamous waitress sandwich with Teddy Kennedy. In drunken stupors in a D.C. restaurant both of the esteemed senators got the waitress on the ground, one was on the bottom and the other on top while the waitress screamed in horror. Boys will be boys.
Actually, it wasn't their fault. They were drunk.
