When To Know You're Irrelevant

I read an article out of the UK today. They always have the best stories. The article was about a fellow named Tracey Edwards. Do you remember him? If not, he was the last intended victim of Jeffrey Dahmer; known murderer and cannibal. This guy, Edwards, was recently charged with killing a man and throwing him off a bridge into the Wisconsin River. Being that he was a homeless guy I can understand Edwards' motive. Many of them do it and usually for a pack of smokes.
The point is, if Edwards had not escaped from Jeffy then another guy would not be dead--- maybe.
I did not know that Dahmer was dead. This new found info surprised me since I'm hip to trivial facts. I've often been referred to as the Cliff Clavin of the 21st century.
Dahmer was murdered after attending a religious service in 1994. He had become a born again. Talk about irrelevant. I figured he was shuffling around the Big House in baggy pants instead of pushing up daisies. No truth to the rumor, I'm told, his tombstone reads: "Pass the salt, please".
