The first thing to hit your eyes most likely is the picture of 'Blondie'. The young lady, Sydney Spies, is a senior at Durango, Colorado High School. Oh, and by the way, she isn't topless. It's her 'breast binder' that is black. I've seen some high school girls in this attire attending Prom Night but this isn't the crux of the article, either. Prom Night always allows for a little clothing leeway. Girls dress provocatively that night to get their boyfriends hormones raging. This photo happens to be her senior yearbook photo. School administrators said, "Uh-uh. It's too suggestive" and doesn't follow the dress code. This seems almost surreal in today's world especially at a public high school. It's almost like sending out invitations to the ACLU saying, 'sue us immediately'. Some would say, "what's the big deal"? Others would add one word, "slut"! Parents and students are protesting on school grounds pleading for the school to relent.
