There are always good things that come from negatives. In 1975 I turned down a coaching job that I probably should have taken. The thing is I'd only been at my then position for one year and didn't want to move my wife and two children again. Luckily we stayed because ten months later The Queen gave birth to our wonderful new baby boy.
With the virus running amok across the land there are going to be good things happen. Those involved don't know it and never will. With the sequester going on think about the number of people who would have been killed or maimed in car accidents. Quite a few I'd say. Accidents to bodies will be few by far.
We're saving money on food and fuel. That's good. Also, I'm reconnecting with people on the net who as far as I knew were dead. I received an email from a fella I taught school with my one year in Mukwonago, Wisconsin in 197-78. What a surprise!
I found a book with daily bible readings. I'd forgotten I had it. There's nothing wrong with spiritual introspection.
This is minor but if you have Direct TV you can receive the four EPIX channels FREE until April 15. Most of the films are iffy but I did tape the move Rocket Man. It's the life story of Elton John. It's quite good. I think it's on tomorrow.
What's the old saying about making lemonade out of lemons? I'm sure you can, if you put your mind to it, come up with numerous positives in the next few days.
