The Reagan Library located in the Simi Valley of southern California was saved from destruction in a most unusual way. Government officials of California, especially Gov. Brown take heed.
Six months ago goats were brought into the area surrounding the library to eat the grasses and brush. Nobody complained since it was environmentally safe. Since the brush was gone the fires couldn't spread.
Earth to California government: wise up!
