As you may have heard Los Angeles school teachers are on strike. 700,00 students are legally playing hooky. The teachers are marching in the streets screaming for the same old same old, better pay, smaller classrooms, more support staff. This is all well and good. Who am I to deny a person a living wage?
On the other hand the L.A. school district is spending $1.8 billion dollars a year to educate illegal immigrants.
Something's gotta give.
